Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
 - ½ c. napa cabbage, shredded
 - ½ c. carrots, shredded
 - ⅓ c green onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
 - ¼ c. soy sauce
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 - 1 tsp rice wine
 - 1 tsp cornstarch
 - 1 pkg dumpling or wonton wrappers
 - 1 tbsp cooking oil

Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, garlic and ginger.
 - In a medium sized bowl mix pork, cabbage, carrots and green onion.
 - Incorporate sauce into the pork and vegetable mix. It should not be dry, nor saturated.
 - Spoon 1 tsp of filling into a dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper diagonally into a triangle, and press together. Then bring the two corners of the long side of the triangle together to create a pouch.
 - Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.
 - Put the prepared dumplings in the pan, leaving about 1 inch between each one.
 - Add one cup of water to the pan and cover. Leave to steam for about 10 minutes.
 - Remove the lid, and allow to cook, uncovered for another 3 minutes.
 - Serve and enjoy.
