- 8 chicken thighs, skin on
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. green onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
1) Preheat oven to 375F
2) Place chicken, skin side down, in a large baking dish.
3) Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then pour on top of the chicken.
4) Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
5) Turn the chicken over in the dish, and bake for another 15 minutes.
6) Remove from the oven and enjoy.
