Brown Sugar Bourbon Steak Bites

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total: 15 minutes Total Servings: 4


  • 1-2 lbs New York steak
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Tbsp Bourbon
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ c. fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


  1. Cut steaks into 1-inch cubes.  Season with salt, and set aside. 
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar and bourbon.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak and sear all sides, about one minute each.
  5. Pour the sauce over the steak, and cook for one more minute to cook out the alcohol, spooning the glaze over the steak. 
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley.
