- 2 lbs Maui Ribs (Korean style beef short ribs)
- ½ c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 scallion, sliced
- Mix together all ingredients and pour over ribs.
- Cover and refrigerate, overnight is best, but at minimum 1 hr.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Grill short ribs, roughly 3-4 minutes per side.
- Garnish with scallion and serve.
